💥💣THE BOMB 💣💥 - I’ve never written a review before but the OUTSTANDING service, care, going ABOVE AND BEYOND from Henig Furs is something that you just don’t see….ever! I dealt with Colin Jones & I’m still in shock with him and his SUPER staff. FABULOUS 10 ⭐️Short story long-YES-this is REAL fur & being a person that almost loves animals more than anything in this world, I had ALOT of questions. It was time for me to buy a coat that would actually keep me WARM (I have a medical condition & I cannot maintain any body heat).I had done a ton of research online & called local and out of state fur shops and I could just tell that they were only interested in selling a coat.But I wasn’t just buying a coat, I was buying an animal so I need to truly KNOW and FEEL that the purchase I was making was coming from a compassionate, ethically farmed source.Then I called Henig Furs. I spoke with The salesperson, Jay, and started all my questions.Jay had said that He had been in the fur sales business for 20+ years & he was excellent on my questions.Jay was also intelligent enough to know when it was time for me talk to someone else.This is a BIG deal because,you already know, most salespeople would just think I was a grumpy questionable customer & they would just send me on my way instead of having me talk to someone else.But not Jay, he said, “ let me take your number, & I’ll have Colin call you back.I figured that I would never hear from anyone, but in less than 1hour, Colin called me back.I asked Colin TONS of difficult questions & Colin was able to answer all of my questions despite the political, controversial subject matter of my questions.He was kind, patient, & really took the time to educate me on real fur, the sources that they get their fur, AND the economics behind the fur market.Colin even gave the store cell number to text with any questions.Can you believe that!? AND the MOST AMAZING part, they have affordable prices!! 👏🏼 Once I decided to make the purchase, Colin gave instructions on measurements to me so the coat would be sized just for me.I also wanted a hood So he had his fur maker design a hood for my coat!It gets better-the sleeves were a little long so they fixed the sleeves for me AND MADE GLOVES saying,”they don’t let any go to waste!”SO VERY IMPORTANT to me!!Now this part is WAY above & beyond & I almost don’t want to say it because I don’t want everyone to expect this from them,but I had casually mentioned that I had been looking on Amazon to find a mannequin, but I couldn’t find the size I needed-I am SUPER SHORT-and Colin told me that he had a vendor that he could get that size from and he found that for me too!I had heard about fur coats but I had also read and heard about all the controversy regarding real fur. I mean, the luxury fashion houses and large luxury stores like Neimans and Saks are saying they aren’t going to see real fur anymore. Understandably for sure because just FYI, I DO NOT want to see harm come to ANY animal either. I won’t even let a Gardner kill a snake 🐍😥 I hv a hard time eating meat.In the past, I preferred to hide my head in the sand and just not think about that poor animal that was providing sustenance to me, but now, I just can’t and won’t ignore that it is an animal providing food and now warmth to me. Are you thinking that faux fur is just the same as real fur and more sustainable without killing an animal? If you are thinking that, THINK AGAIN. Faux fur is NOT warm!There has been a huge amount of research and testing showing that faux fur is made of non-biodegradable rubber, plastic, & chemicals and ends up in the landfills between 5-6 years vs real fur that lasts through several generations & real fur actually HOLDS HEAT!!Regardless, I’m not here to justify my purchase, I want to encourage research and education before you judge ppl and sentence them death from hypothermia.

I had another wonderful experience at Henig Furs. I purchased a Mink Vest for my brother and another Full Length Mink for myself. I was D\ PLEASED again. The quality is excellent. I received my mink today. It was absolutely beautiful. The quality was breathtaking. Oh my God it is absolutely geogous. I own many furs living in Baltimore, Maryland. I have a Furrier I have done business with for years but Henig Furs has my business now. I paid on Tuesday and had my fur on Friday. The customer service was Class A. I will be purchasing many more from Henig Furs.

WOW! 2nd time shopping w Henig. Both experiences were outstanding. I purchased the multi colored mink vest. So beautiful! That’s the thing ...seeing it online ,never does it justice. I’m happy!
