HATCH Collection – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I bought their oil, which is fine, but I always use myemail+brandname @ email company .com when purchasing new products, and since making my purchase on hatch, I have received so many marketing spam emails to myemail+hatch @ email company .com. It's so annoying and customers should know that they will sell your data immediately upon receiving it. The spam emails began the day after initial purchase.

My wife bought a jumpsuit from HATCH, the jumpsuit size is way off the size described on their website. We asked to change for a smaller size and they refuse to do so even when we offered to pay for all the additional shipping (return and new item). There would be no cost for them to replace it with a smaller size. Horrible customer services!
