We live in Australia and sent a hamper to my brother in the UK for his 70th Birthday . The hamper arrived very promptly ,and we were updated of the progress of the journey until delivery . Unfortunately the jar of mustard was shattered and had spilled out I informed the company enclosing a photo of the broken jar . Very promptly I received a reply from Mohamed Degajuh ,who was very apologetic and informed us that they would send a replacement hamper to my brother .
