The custom Pins I had made are amazing!! I started with a basic design and with the great help, service, and extended patiance of Jennie (my wonderful service rep), though many questions and changes. They were able to produce a pin excatally how I wanted it.

Worked with Evelyn on some custom challenge coins. Super easy to communicate with and fast to ship! Will definitely use this company again!

Mia is great at making sure your order is right. She makes sure the proofs are good, and makes changes as needed. She sends pictures of first test print to ensure things look good. She adds custom stitching as requested. Final product is great. Only one miss-print, but she sent corrected print immediately, at no extra cost. Only complaint is not really her fault, but her being in China and me in the USA, timezones sometimes means only "1 email per day" because her work hours are my sleep hours. Not her fault, but just a consideration. All my future medals, ribbons, stickers, and pins will still be purchased through Mia and GS-JJ
