I have been a customer of Sgt Grit for years, and YEARS... AND YEARS. They are a quality company, and would have 5 ⭐'s, but they are quite a bit on the higher end in pricing, and shipping is a HUGE issue . . . Although they do have great quality products, their RETURNs procedure, is primitive, to say the least. They STILL process returns, by filling out manual paperwork?!... ( for example, I accidentally purchased two of the same $100 Anarondak Jackets, - again, by accident... When I called them, and informed them that this was my very first ever return, explaining my situation, their customer service skills were all BUT lacking, . . . Not rude, but rather acting like "they were doing ME a favor," and emulated a vibe, like they were "put out" in doing so... ?? Even though I have been a 20+ year loyal customer, and must have spent thousands of dollars over the years, by now with them, they STILL made me pay to ship the duplicate back, at $9.80 my expense )... She explained, that I had to manually write up the return info, on the back of the packing slip, and submit it with the item to be returned ), . . . Thus, primitive. So, FYI, YOU are responsible to cover shipping costs of returns, in ALL aspects. NOT HAPPY to say the LEAST. Therefore, with that being said, - Until they "get with the shipping program", (as 99% of all companies have, where shipping is covered by them), I will be surfing other, more cost effective means, of getting the exact same gear. ~ * Below is a "cut/paste, of my order...
