Fantastic company. Insured my cat with them and shortly afterwards he got poorly. Expensive trips to the vet were made easier knowing that petplan would give me the money back in two weeks. The claims were so easy and they kept you up to date with process. Sadly my cat had cancer and was euthanized, broke our hearts. Within a few minutes pet plan messaged us to give their condolences and say don't worry about the claim, all would be settled and it was. Highly recommended this company. Website is not confusing and its not expensive 🙂

I was truly concerned about using Behavet through my pet (Elsie, 3 year old dachshund with problems with other dogs) 's insurance with Pet Plan. It all went through very quickly, despite there initially being some concern as to whether this might have been a pre-insurance problem, so not covered. We have had one consultation and Elsie is truly a new dog. This co-operation between Pet Plan and Behavet is a remarkable development in the management of reactive dogs. Thank you to Pet Plan, as I could never have found that money alone, and to Behavet, for what has developed so far, and for the 'magic' I anticipate is still to come. We've been with Petplan since our dog was a puppy. We have, unfortunately, needed to claim multiple times through the years. From trauma, to investigative testing for bowel issues ongoing for years, now sorted, thankfully, and recent othropeadic surgery and complimentary treatments. Not once has a claim been quibbled. You never want to need insurance but Petplan have taken the financial stress out of otherwise stressful events. Our spaniel is a much loved pet, she's 8 years old now and had had access to the best specialists and treatments available. We pay around £100 a month. It may seem a lot but she gets monthly librella injections as well! Can't fault the service we've received. I recommend them to all pet owners.

Absolutely fantastic company, honestly couldn’t say enough good things about them, I wish I wasn’t leaving this review as it means my much loved dogs was unwell but sadly these things happen, petplan was there for me, the bill was no small amount either but it was paid in full without any hassle at all! They are fantastic and I wouldn’t be without it now.

Cannot praise this company enough. After taking out insurance for my new kitten a few years back he became very ill and required a lot of specialist treatment and emergency vet trips every single claim was paid with no fuss, staff have always answered my questions when I've called. Unfortunately my boy passed away late last year but even then they sorted everything when I informed them. Just got a ragdoll kitten and taken a new ultimate plan out so 3 top plans and I'd never be without. Thank you pet plan!!!
