Good Chop – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Excellent customer follow-up and products. Have ordered several boxes from good chop and a previous box had missing items. Called customer service and was advised they would credit my account $50 for the missing items. Well here we are 2 months later and was now told they would credit my credit card the $50 after I took delivery and paid full price of my June 5th box. No credit was issued so now I’m beginning to think about their reputation as a company. I wish they would follow through on their word. As far as the meat no issues. UPDATE. Maria from Goodchop trust and safety administrator contacted me and made good on their wood and credited my card back the $50. I’m truly impressed by her and her commitment to the customer and GoodCHop as a whole. I will continue with my orders as the products they offer are absolutely amazingly good and they do keep their word for issues that arise. Thank you Maria

So far all cuts have been excellent

I absolutely love the food that I get from Good Chop!! I’ve ordered from them three times and was very happy each and every time!! I would be continuing to buy from them, but I’m getting ready to move so I will wait until I get settled in another place. In this day and age of horribly poor meat quality I am thankful for this company that provides high standard and delicious meat!!

Great meat. No hassle delivery. Good customer service. What should I complain bout .. maybe that it’s not free lol. Great job guys

They delivered on time. The meats are great. Two times they left out a pack of meat, but I immediately contacted them, and they refunded $25 to my account each time. I continue with them since I am very satisfied with their service.
