I appreciate a thorough response to my issues. In the end, the product has all the features I need and is easy enough to work with. The challenges I had were with the time to respond to a support issue - it was far too slow.

Gate Labs provides the best and most amazing customer service compared top any industry and any company that I have ever dealt with in my life. I am 60 y.o professional with two companies. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and they will ALWAY stand by their product and will ALWAYS make it right, even going to the extent of replacing the unit if can't fix it, EVEN when out of the warranty. This is a RARE type of AMAZING customer loyalty and service. I have had GATE Labs locks for 5 years and they continue to amaze me how great they are. I would highly recommend them to ANY one. You will NOT be DISAPPOINTED EVER with this company.
This is my second Gate that I ordered, the first had an issue with the internal components (which broke) so I emailed them about this issue and they are sending a new one. Now I am hoping that the component issues has been fixed and that this issue does not happen again but we shall see. Other than that I found the Gate to work very well over all.
Excellent company with excellent product and excellent problems solving and customer services skills. I am very happy with their Gate Smart Lock. Very satisfied their customers service skills even though there reply to customer service is delayed and slow. No direct phone for customer service only slow communication via emails.
