Online shopping is easy to use, products are always well packed. Postage time is very reasonable and should you need to return a product, the customer service is always helpful. I ordered a product online that unfortunately was damaged in delivery. I suspect the high altitude forced some of the product out of the container. I emailed the support team and they helped very quickly. I am very happy and comfortable ordering products from these guys.

Customer service finally contacted me. I received a full refund on the first purchase as well as a $ 25 gift voucher. The second product I purchased is still on the way.

I only came across Fresh Fragrances and Cosmetics a few months ago and was hesitant to order at first. However I placed an initial order in September and received my order in under a week. I then proceeded to place a second order late October and received my package in under 2 weeks. This delay was expected due to the current problems with shipping.
