Never delivered my order and refused to refund $150 saying that delivery company confirmed they shipped it? Wouldn’t even give me any proof. Never ordering from them again.

This has become my go to shop when I need new clothing items. I try to be mindful of my purchases and don’t buy just to buy, I buy to replace old cheap clothes. I think they have great quality clothes, haven’t had to replace anything g I have purchased from them over the past 2-3 years. Jeans are great!!

I have ordered multiple times with them, returning products and being refund properly. From my experience the customer service was always efficient and friendly. I highly recommend it.

Overall a quite decent option for clothing. I did not subscribe to their box, only bought an ensemble, top and pants (on sale). Clothes are not cheap but they are B-corporation certified, this has a cost. They have a lot of timeless basics which can be limiting for some people but I find it quite easy to find what I like. I think it is still a better option than all the fast fashion brands though. One thing I need to mention is that all the clothes I bought from them so far are made in China. But their website mentions that they have a factory in China so they are not really hiding anything on that. Also, not all of their clothes are fully sustainable, if that's what you are looking for, you need to go to their "Minimal" section. Frank and Oat can definitely do better on their ethical purpose but it's a good start and I may buy again if they improve their sustainable section.
