Order: 9077706 So far only two stars due to the long ship time. I placed an order 10/25/22. I phoned to find out when it would ship and was told 10/31. Received a tracking number and will update this review when I receive my package. Contacting customer service was easy. Eva was very helpful. Hopefully I can add more stars. Update November 4. Received my boots. Beautiful. Exactly as described. Beautiful package. And, the best price I found through much searching. FedEx was horrible but that is no fault of Forzieri. Will definitely buy here again!!

I recently ordered a tote bag from Forzieri and my experience was very good. I had to wait a short time for the item to be re-stocked but I was kept informed at all times about this. Once it was in stock it took less than a week to arrive in Australia.A very positive experience.
