Do not use this company!!!!! I received, the next day, a cheerful email advising me that my $NZ100 order had been disposed of...I assume by greedy little employees, though am willing to be corrected...because I inadvertently wrote 57 instead of 51 as the house number on the address. They had my email, they could tell me that they couldn't deliver, on the FOLLOWING day...so why didn't they do that THE SAME DAY SO THE DELIVERY COULD BE MADE? I feel sick that my grandchildren were deprived of their treats, the company "disposed of" my goods - yeah, right- and I am a month's power bill down the tubes, as a pensioner with not much money to spend. NOT EVERYONE HAS A MOBILE!!!!!! Never again.

Spent a fair amount of money on the Sparkling “Birthday” Gift Hamper for my partners special day. Upon opening I quickly realised they hadn’t even packed the cake in the box, just completely forgot it. Since the box didn’t arrive until 6:40pm we spent my partners birthday evening with candles but no cake. So much for a “birthday” gift hamper. Contacted support and they offered a $25 gift voucher and when I requested a refund to the purchasing card because I wouldn’t use them again they only refunded $9.50, supposedly for the cake. Never mind the complete inconvenience it caused leaving out a key item from a birthday hamper and picking up a new cake the next day. Do not recommend, there are plenty of better gift hamper companies out there.

Appalling. A complete rip-off. Having accepted payment, they then said they couldn’t deliver the chosen item. Didn’t offer refund, didn’t consult on change, just took the money ($89) and delivered about $15 worth of merchandise some of which had melted - I’ll never use them again.

Would never use again or recommend. Paid for same day delivery well before their cutoff time. Bouquets never arrived two very let down little girls. Missed their celebration day (extremely embarrassing as it looks like I forgot their special day). I’ve had no response from the business after emails. I then called and they were not helpful at all or offer a refund on same day delivery. Worst experience.
