I made a major error with my email account, I accidently deleted it!!!!! Don't ask! I called Easypace to rectify. Even though it occurred after hours on a Friday I had an online chat with an employee who instructed me what to do and raised a ticket. On the Monday I received a call from Easypace to verify the problem, and then they promptly resolved it. I would highly recommend this company, as in this day and age it is hard to speak to a real person, with this company you will have no problem.

In this instance their customer support was again spot on clearing up a small issue I was unable to rectify myself using the easyspace website's usually very clear and informative tutorials. Impressively, there was a follow-up email from easyspace a day or two after our interaction to ensure that my issue had been satisfactorily resolved. Well done and thanks easyspace.
