Earthlink uses the already established AT&T installers to make the install of your service. These guys know exactly what they are doing and it is done professionally as well as quickly. My install guy was on top of it from the get-go. He was here on time and called me before arriving. He got right on the job, explained the set-up to me, and completed and tested the install within 30 minutes. There is no way you can ask for better than that!!!!

I live in rural area and only had terrible service until finding Earthlink , I kept both up and running for a 2 weeks, I was more than happy to get rid of my old internet provider

I love Earthlink.net webmail! I have been using it for over ten years. Even though other email providers, such as Google's gmail offer it for free, I feel like my email is more secure and I have peace of mind. Thank you Earthlink. :^)

The installer arrived on time. I received a text in advance. He was prifessiobal abd personable. Internet is working!

I want to make sure everybody knows about this issue that we had with EarthLink, which is a Wi-Fi provider. They’re trying to get more people to sign on in Sun City Center.  i’m a Snowbird, when I went with them and agreed  to accept them as our provider they said that we can put it to sleep in  in the summer and reactivate when we come back in the winter like we do with spectrum. I just got off the phone with them. They said they don’t have that policy and that they were going to charge me a $200 disconnect fee, if I was going to disconnect before my contract was up in a year. They never told me that….. I looked at an old email and it does say it on the email that if you call to stop service before a year they’ll charge you up to $200 to be prorated for every month that you stop service. So it should be a lot less, if I was gonna have to pay something. I don’t feel I should because I didn’t   sign anything and they didn’t tell me that so they have no recording. The lady on the phone said they can’t do that it’s $200 that’s it and they’re going to charge me that on my credit card. So in return I just want everybody in our area to know what they are doing to all of us, I am going to take it to the next level in, the Senators office and I’m going to call the Better Business Bureau and I’m not paying that $200 fee.  if I was you, I would not use EarthLink they are unprofessional they do not stand behind their words, and they do not cater to snowbirds at all.. And they lie.
