I ordered from belgium and got a crazy high shipping cost. I send an email to ask for help and they helped me to get in contact with european partners to avoid shipping costs. This won't be a problem in the US, but it's amazing customer service, never seen before from an american webshop.

I have been purchasing from this site for over ten years, and every purchase exactly matches the description, arrives quickly, and has superior customer service behind it. I have to say that many of our purchases are now for our cats and dogs. Both our dogs and cats prefer their earthing throws over any other type of mat or bed and won't leave them unless prompted with treats. You don't have to know how to talk to animals to convince your animals to avail themselves of these products. They will figure it out quickly and will prefer their earthing throw over anything else you can buy for them. Our animals have so many throws and beds, but we might as well donate all of the others because these products are all they will choose. Maybe someone can help me talk the company into offering the smaller throw they carried years ago; those are perfect for cats or small dogs.

So I've had issues with this company off & on because several of their staff is poor with their communication or they just never call me back. This has happened at least 3 times. I bought some mats the first time, then I bought this other type of mat and after a while it started to turn from a gold color to a dark brown, so I wrote them asking what was going on. They said they knew of this issue and were discontinuing that item & the only way for me to get my money back was to return it. Unfortunately I am overseas (I told him this) and returning it was going to be a pain. I'm not even sure how much it would have cost to return it. I was hoping to get back to the US so I could return it then, but because of the scamdemic, I couldn't. I'm finally going to be returning now, so I wrote them to get their address & now all of a sudden I'm told I can't get the refund since it's over a year. I was never told that I had a 1 year limit to return it. He knew before the year that the item was breaking down. They sold me a defective product and won't return my money. LOVELY! Update: somehow a manager saw what happened and reached out to me and eventually gave me my money back so I'm thankful for that.

Best company for grounding products. I bought a whole range of products directly from them and Amazon.com and they worked better for me than similar products.
