B & Q – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Normally I would give five stars but only reason for 4 is because one of the pots of paint I had custom mixed must not have been shaken in the machine. I did ask for 4 different things at one time. But it is very difficult to mix a pot of paint which has not been shaken. Otherwise great service

My husband and I went to B&Q Nelson to chose a new kitchen. We found there was a good choice of units in style colours and accessories. With the help of Jenni the kitchen advisor (Who we would like to thank ) she made the process of choosing the kitchen easy. Jenni listened to what we wanted along with her making a few suggestions which we took on board. I would also like to thank Jamie and Imran for their input. We found the whole process easy and cannot wait for the kitchen to be put in. Certainly recommend B&Q at Nelson.

I spend a lot of time and money in B&Q Silverlink North Shields. Plenty parking with a food van if you want it. In store there is a very wide selection of garden equipment and accessories. Hardware, tools and diy projects. I can spend a whole day and a fortune in there. My only gripe, which is why only 4 stars, is the staff just don’t want to help I alway try to do my homework before I go so to avoid asking questions. Also no public toilets?? Can’t understand that. Otherwise it’s a good store with reasonable prices.

I went to B and Q to buy a second saliva they have some very good plants and are always in great condition well watered not like some places that is the Cheltenham branch.

Guys arrived on time and placed the large pallet in exactly the place I needed it in order to erect the garden shed. Surprisingly easy to complete the roof takes a little bit of getting on board but it now fits very snuggling and I’m very happy with my purchase
