Learn more about How to Write a Review. Here is my review We went to the Mardi Gras is New Orleans and then joined the ship. Although being the same class as the Getaway this ship feels dated and in need of a refurbishment. The ship was rammed with signage on the front desk stating that all cabins were fully booked. Internet even when in port was 4mg upload and 3mg download - this was at a cost of nearly $290 for the week and is meant to be their premium package. Even the Internet desk could only get 10mg download and 3mg upload on his computer!!! Multiple maintenance issues. Sent a bag of laundry for cleaning on Monday and had to chase this several times upto the Thursday at lunchtime when I went to customer services for the 3rd time that day and was told that they had tried to deliver but 'do not disturb was on' We had specifically turned off do not disturb and had the room steward and floor officer double check - do not disturb had not been on all day!!
