Je viens de commander une imprimante 3D durant le Black Friday. Or, depuis pas de news de l'imprimante et pourtant, j'ai un débit de compte bancaire... Je reçois des newsletter mais de nouvelle pour ma commande. En tombant sur votre site Internet, je m'aperçois qu'il y a un nombre important de site avec le nom CREALITY Lequel est bon ??? http s :// www .creality .com / fr/ http s :// www .creality .shop / en-fr http s :// crealityfrance .fr / pages / a-propos Il faut une loi qui tient compte des 7 jours de droit à la rétractation comme un achat dans un magasin... Interdiction de prélèvement tant que nous ne sommes pas livrés et un droit d'annulation durant 7 jours...

Ich habe einen Laser Falcon 2 40W gekauft. Da ich ihn einige Tage später gebraucht gefunden habe musste ich den neuen zurückschicken. Nach all den Bewertungen hab ich gedacht das das eher schwierig bis unmöglich wird und ich vielleicht zwei habe. Bei mir verlief aber die Retoure ohne Probleme. Versand nach Deutschland in Geld nur wenige Tage später zurück an mich. Support sitzt in China antwortet aber innerhalb von 24 Stunden. Kommunikation ist auf Englisch. Kann nichts beanstanden.

I received an Ender 5 Pro printer which had a little damage in shipping becuase it didn't get packed right. Brea in support worked hard and communicated with me well to help me get this issue corrected. I now have a printer printing wonderful. Thank you Brea, for all your help and extra effort on my part.

Upgraded my Endor 3 to the newest board and touch screen and had problem finding firmware. Creality 3D was great at getting me to the right place and helping with the firmware. Got my machine up and running in no time. I wish all companies cared about there customers as Creality does. Keep up the good work Creality. I now own a Creality Endor 3, halot-one and a halot-light. Cr -10 is next on the list.

I have purchased two machines from Creality3d. A CR-10 V2 and recently a CR-10s Pro V2. In both cases the machines were exactly as described and I couldn’t be more pleased with these printers. The second machine was clearly designated as used but carried the full Creality one year warranty. When I needed assistance with this machine, Bree in customer service was excellent. She communicated frequently and fully resolved my problems within two days. I have three 3D printers, all Creality. Their community Is huge and with the exceptional service received from Bree in customer support, I cannot imagine purchasing any other brand.
