Ik had de bestelling van custom converse al geplaatst en kwam toen even lezen wat er op trustpilot stond. Mijn hart stond even stil. Ik kon me niet inbeelden dat een bedrijf zoals converse zo de mist in zou gaan. Nou ja, de bestelling was geplaatst (100 euro) en nu maar afwachten. Ik kon ook geen tracking doen op de website zelf met het bestelnummer enzo, dat werkte niet en dus paar mailtjes gestuurd ter bevestiging van de bestelling. Netjes 's anderdaags antwoord en ze zeiden me dat het ongeveer 3 weken zou duren voor de "custom" converse schoenen. 3 weken later netjes bericht met trackingnummer van UPS gekregen en paar dagen later waren ze hier. Voor mij is alles goed verlopen, gelukkig maar. Was onze eerste bestelling. PS: Heel blij met de aangepaste schoenen! Zien er heel cool uit! Love it!

Ordered custom Converse which arrived on time. I wasn't at home when the package was delivered, but they brought it to a pickup point and I had it in my hands very soon. Very satisfied! :)

I recently ordered two pairs of converse low tops. Obviously had to wait slightly longer for the custom design ones but their customer service was excellent and immediate when I wrote to check the status of the order. When I sadly had to return the custom made ones, once again, they replied immediately with a free returns label and could not have been more helpful. Will definitely order from them again.

Now this is review I think is worth writing. I ordered a pair of converse directly from the company. £60 high top converse all stars. I live in East london. Purchasing was strait forward and I was given a delivery date. The company delivering the package is called ERVI. A tracking number given and on the day of delivery I received a message stating my package had been delivered and a confirmation photo of the package on the door steps was given. Unfortunately the package had been delivered to the wrong address and the photo was of a different front door. I could not call the company as the number on the website was an international number. No way to contact via email as no real customer service department for ERVI was on the website. Now, I immediately called converse and got straight through to there customer service team. After explaining the situation I was immediately offered a 20% voucher and told an investigation will be launched. The team at converse were so helpful. Keeping me up to date on the progress of my complaint. I received a full discount of £60 and the 20% discount. The process was slower due to having to send a copy of the form needed with my original signature attached to the German office, but not the fault of converse as the signature is needed as an original. I would recommend purchasing from converse as should you have any problems the customer service team are amazing. I subsequently reordered the trainers which were delivered promptly by parcel force. If it is possible on the website I would try to specify a courier that is not ERVI, when ordering. A great customer service experience. Five stars
