WE have been a customer since 2013. If we have a problem, they take care of it. I had accidentally locked my phone and had to go to WestminsterTarget and she took care of it right away. Most of the time taken care of over the phone.

My order was process quickly and arrived by the promised day. All the materials necessary to activate my account and number were included and were simple to follow.

Just upgraded my phone from an iPhone 6s Plus to a 14 Pro Max. Easy peasy experience with transfer. However, because my phone was so old, I called customer service to confirm any additional accessories that I might need. The associate said that everything would come with the phone. While technically that is accurate, for maximum effectiveness I should have ordered a wall charger that works better (faster) than the old charging cords. I picked one up easily, but that was what I was trying to avoid by making the call.
