Ich habe zwei Bestellungen getätigt und eine davon ist sehr gut angekommen. Bei der zweiten Bestellung war der komplette Wareninhalt beschädigt. Kurz den Kundendienst angesprochen, Fotos hinzugefügt und kurz darauf hat man ohne Aufpreis auf Kulanz neue Poster geschickt. So geht Kundensupport. Gerne wieder!
