He contacted the airline on my behalf and was able to cut back my connection wait time from 7+ hours to 2 hours. He also did this in a very prompt manner. Smooth Booking Process.

First time booking on your site. Definitely will book with you again. I was a little nervous at first when I could not pick a seat. I called your customer service she assured me that I would definitely have a seat. Just had to wait for the airlines to open up the seats. Two weeks went by I looked at my reservation on the airline site and they had booked us in a seat. Thank you for the great experience.
