Brilliant – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I had two accounts (one was educator) and accidentally paid for a subscription. The refund process was quick and easy!

I had troubles with the free trial process and one of the representatives, Sandy, was able to help me with no hesitation. Overall, was extremely easy to communicate and would refer a friend to!

I had signed up for a free trial program and then had some life events and wasn't able to use my trial and then got charged. They were able to refund the charge & cancel the subscription.

I agree with those who have rated customer service high. My latest questions have been answered fully.

The app is very well put together, and their customer support is awesome! They're generally quick to respond and very happy to help! I wanted to change my 3 month subscription plan to a year plan, and since you can't simply change your plan they quickly helped by refunding my current plan and giving a discount for the year plan! I would have given 5 stars, but when asking specific questions about a course through their in app function, I haven't gotten any replies. Apart from that it's brilliant.
