Scam seller & site. Placed order, never fulfilled by seller. Didn't reply to emails, didn't answer phone calls. Website since be taken down, had to get a refund through PayPal.

Wish I had read this site before ordering and spending over £40. Bra wasn't in stock on ordering, after waiting 2 months asked for a refund and another month later I am still waiting for my money. I've list count of emails I've sent. Do not purchase from this company.

I ordered 3 bras on 23rd September 2023, no ordered received to date? Contacted them via email twice as their phone line doesn’t connect ? I asked where my order is after waiting for the delivery, Joanne said be patient as with Royal Mail, second email I asked for a refund, Joanne said she would pass it on to the refund department, nothing to date ? 17/11/23

In September 2023 I bought bras from B&H. I've done business with them before, so I was expecting to get an email telling me they'd got my order and was processing it for delivery. I got nothing from them. Nada, zilch. I heard diddle squat from them. So... I sat and waited, and waited and waited but my items weren't delivered. I decided to email them. I got my order details and sent an email to B&H customer service stating the problem and asking for a full refund. They never replied. So, I called them but the phone just rang and rang and rang. Not a living soul took my call. No one answered the phone at all. I'd email and call them but they never replied to my emails or answered my phone calls. Weeks later I checked my account and they'd refunded me my money but they never alerted me to this and they never explained why they never acknowledged my order and why they never sent my bras. It's worrying when a customer makes a transaction with a silent online retailer. You wonder what's going on. Why don't they acknowledge their customers orders? Why, when things go wrong, don't they reply to customer emails and phone calls? when things like this happen you can't help wondering if they're still trading? Because if they aren't they've would've gone down owing me over £100 of my hard earned money. Their website tells returning customers and potential customers that they're still trading. So, why from the time order's placed right through to dealing with their customers problems, are B&H mute, silent? Something's definitely wrong with B&H? I'm not doing business with them again. Maybe Elon Musk is right. In the future no one will be going out to work or working from home to earn a living anymore because AI will be running things.

I purchased a blue & white spotted Fantasie swimsuit. Although there was an issue with Royal Mail delivery, a quick call to Jo resolved this and received it the next day. The swimsuit looks & feels amazing and really happy with it. I ordered a 40H and am a size 16-18 and the fit is perfect. Would definitely buy from here again.
