I called the Brook road store in Richmond Virginia and Shantell answered. She had the best customer service I have heard in ages. I thought good customer skills had disappeared. But Shantell rocked it!

When I ordered furniture from Big Lots, they had a representative! Kristy, keep me informed personally by phone, when it was being built, processed, and shipped. She even made sure it got delivered when it was supposed to and made sure we were happy with it once we got it unpacked and situated. The customer relation and everything about my purchase was handled with care and excellence.

The store in Sahuarita AZ is the best…low prices and very friendly people…love getting school food snacks best bulk prices….
