Their app contains many additional programs, music suggestions, and activities to help folks no matter what their issue. They include group sessions and coaching for the journey. I particularly love their coaches! So compassionate and knowledgeable. Working with them to feel better has been a breeze! They always respond in a timely manner, never rush me on calls and have everything shipped promptly. I have finally started to see through the foggy existence I've been in for so long. So far everything has worked out great. I love the kit that came with it. What a difference this med makes. It’s like night and day. My mood has lifted. My husband said he hadn’t seen me smile like this in a long time. I am so amazed in the difference of my moods. I have MDD and my moods will go high and low constantly. I’m hoping my lows won’t be so low. It didn’t last too long but I spoke to Katy/Katherine about it. Very very helpful. She is an outstanding helper.
