Today was the day to say cheerio to Sky after almost 21 years and hello to BeFibre. To change from 80mb to 900mb speed and save £250 a year in the process. Got a early visit (great) from engineer Tom Roberts a thoroughly nice chap with excellent communication skills, and a vast experience in installations. After showing Tom the room where he was going to be working in eventually he got on straight away with attending to his work outside. Everything went without a hitch and we were connected and had operational broadband in just over 45 mins. Would highly recommend Tom as your installer without hesitation and BeFibre for their excellent communications since.

Great company not only did they message me about my installation date, there guy was great had me up and running in no time.

I have no problem recomending BeFibre the best thing to hit our village in a long time. The people you deal with care, they are professional they react in a reasonable time, if you are not sure just ask questions to get the answers you need.

I had an issue with my WiFi when it was set up, a few days without it. Finally I got lucky in someone that really wanted to help me and give me some confidence in getting the wifi on, Jade T really helped. Called me back when she said she would and I felt she cared. I had previously been told different things, but Jade was excellent. Thank you.
