Babbily – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Beware. I would first start off with saying that the service itself is decent at best. I had fun with it for a couple of hours, and the system was easy to navigate. My issue lies within canceling the service. I attempted to cancel my subscription with the aid of their article, and upon doing so was unsuccessful. I then had to contact their support which I can say out of the whole experience they did respond with next level speed. I think the support agent got upset because I voiced my opinion on the fact I was unable to cancel my subscription and that if I was completely unable to I would make a review warning people. In short they were more focused on correcting a spelling error that was made due to auto correct, then they proceeded to cancel my subscription which is what I wanted. After doing so they stated for me to “have a good day buddy” which I can be wrong , but it sounded unprofessional and rude considering I had just voiced my opinion about not being able to cancel the subscription directly from their site. This made me feel uneasy and gave me the feeling that I couldn’t trust them as a service. They have card information and as a customer I have never been called a buddy. I would think they would be a little more professional, but I guess not their isn’t much about their site up (reviews etc…) other than from themselves. Overall I would say again I did enjoy the service for a couple of hours, but didn’t see myself continuing to subscribe.
