My friend and I (both OAPs) stopped at your Colsterworth petrol station on the A1 because my tyre pressure warning light was on. The lady and man serving there were lovely and the man checked all my tyres for me and wouldn't accept any payment. He was brilliant. Thank you

Booked an Asda delivery from Bromborough. It came right on time. Ian the delivery driver was soo very helpful and friendly. I’m on crutches so he brought the crates into my kitchen and even offered to empty them for me but we got a process going were I would empty one crate while he went and got another crate. He also took out the heavy objects for me. He was doing all of this with a smile on his friend while we were having a lovely conversation. Can’t say enough good stuff about him. Thank you Ian.

I ordered o Lego set and unfortunately received a duvet cover. A replacement was dispatched immediately and I was told to keep the duvet cover. Very happy with the outcome

I go to Cramlington Asda ..iv not long moved here and I must say the staff are wonderful. Always cheerful and friendly even first thing in the morning ….I like to go early ……. It’s an absolute pleasure to shop there I always go on the assisted tills. I’m not keen on the self service. And the staff on there are lovely. Iv never had a bad experience in your Asda
