PowerPure 5000 by Aerus Warm & Cool Mist Ultrasonic Humidifier was bought 12/2021 used it all winter worked fine. Used it 11/22 worked fine. 12/22 does not work at all. Called customer service they said damage must have happened in shipping. (1year ago) No sorry, no nothing! 100 bucks down the drain. Save your money.

Bought an expensive dehumidifer that is defective, slow to start (like 7 hours) and works very slowly - not what one expects from a high power commercial grade dehumidifer. Turns out from the manual, there is no manufacturer info. The phone number on manual is that of the allergybuyersclub customer service. Turns out it's made in China for this business. Return is next to impossible. They tell you to trouble shoot or no return. Trouble shoot that stretches over days, it'll make you pull out your own hair and bang your head against the wall. Like I don't have enough stress working on this property from a long distance. Needed a dehumidifer after mold remediation. I need a reliable dehumifier. Not a dud with inconsistent and impossible quirks.

I had a really good experience with this company. I bought a dehumidifier that began malfunctioning within the warranty period and after troubleshooting didn't work they replaced the product quickly and with very little hassle. I'd definitely buy from them again.

I have bought 3 air purifiers, 3 dehumidfiers from this company. They make some of there own stuff so hard to find reviews for their stuff. I am saying this cause my daughters berated me for buying an unrated thing. Buy the dehumidifiers run like crazy, work and are very energy efficient. The chat people help you pick them out. One example is that I bought this 1600 industrial dehumifier and didn't open it for 3 or 4 months and discovered the leveling feet weren't in the box and I called the company, way out of the return period. The feet were on my doorstep the next day! Perhaps you will find some of their items cheaper, but you will never find as good customer service. I found this company through my sister who bought a dehumidifier for her damp basement and it punked out. They sent another with no questions asked. They are kind and helpful and also don't try to sell you things you don't want or need.
