vueling Tracking Order Status

Keine Ahnung nach welchen Kriterien hier teilweise bewertet wird, aber vueling ist eine der zuverlässigsten Airlines, die ich kenne und regelmäßig nutze. Komfortablere Sitze mit mehr Beinfreiheit als beispielsweise bei eurowings, freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, fast immer superpünktlich (ebenfalls besser als bei eurowings). Ich hatte mindestens 40 Flüge die letzten 2 Jahre mit vueling und kann absolut nichts Negatives berichten!!

Hoy martes 11/06/2024 sobre las 9,45h. he acompañado a mi hermano, de 58 años y discapacitado físico, casi no de aguanta de pie. Nos han hecho ir a la ventanilla 464 que al parecer es donde deben facturar las personas discapacitadas y no había nadie esperando en la cola, pero el señor de facturación estaba conversando por teléfono, no sé con quién hablaba pero al parecer se lo pasaba bien porque se reía mucho. A los diez minutos de estar de pie esperando a que nos atendiera, y con mi hermano que ya no se aguantaba, le he dicho que si nos iba a atender a lo que me ha respondido que estaba hablando por teléfono y yo le he dicho que colgará el teléfono y nos atendiera, que mi hermano no podía estar ahí esperando el tiempo que él quisiera. Total que hemos tenido una discusión debido al maltrato recibido y el amable caballero a llamado a seguridad, los cuales han venido y han sido realmente amables y nos han mostrado donde había unos asientos para gente discapacitada, y argumentado que mi hermano era agresivo y no le iba a dejar volar. Al final a venido una supervisora y le ha entregado el billete, que susodicho señor había retenido, y no a pasado nada más. Solo comentar que lo considero un abuso de poder por parte de un empleado maleducado y prepotente para con una persona discapacitada, que nos ha hecho sentir completamente indefensos, y tratado como si fuéramos unos delincuentes. Si no sabe tratar con la gente que lo manden a una oficina.

VY6106 BCN-FCO 09-06-2024 I normally do not hesitate to leave positive feedback here, but this time it was not a pleasant experience overall. Flight was delayed and the plane was dirty. Crew did nothing to let me out from the plane first even though i told them a few times I am about to miss my next flight because of the Vueling delay happened. I would not rely on Vueling much, if there is another airline on the route you won't be my choice.

On Wednesday 22nd may 2024 vy7831 cancelled at 0830 40 minutes prior t0 departure. My autistic son had a melt down at Gatwick due to this, absolutely no support from vueling. Gatwick special assistance team quickly helped though however the 8 hours flight delay was a nightmare. Meant when we eventually got to Barcelona we had to wait 2 hours for the transfer to the hotel due to the cancellation and rescheduled flight. Flight crew and cabin crew on rescheduled 1630 were brilliant though. First time with vueling and such a negative. Gatwick no representative of vueling based at airport as other airlines had available seats on aircrafts before the rescheduled 1630 flight yet at Gatwick no alternative airlines were brought up which breaches guidelines set out by the CAA. I did try complain via twitter however I wasn't talking to a bot. This 8 hour delay ruined the first 2 days of the 7 day holiday as my autistic son thought he did something wrong even after telling him it wasn't your fault or mine it is vueling that screwed up. I await a response. Flight back luckily was uneventful on 29th may 2024. Booking ref VMEK5K

Kurzfristig Flug nach Mallorca gebucht, hat alles reibungslos funktioniert! Größe vom Handgepäck wurde nicht geprüft, hatte keine Probleme... Gerne wieder!
