Ticketone IT Tracking Order Status

PEr un bug, l'app visualizzava la locandina di uno spettacolo errato, x cui ho fatto un acquisto errato; l'ho subito comunicato e a fronte dell'acquisto dell'evento corretto, hanno provveduto ad annullarlo

Penso che l acquisto e sicuro, ma bisognerebbe specificare e far vedere la posizione del posto che si acquista...ho acquistato un biglietto vedendo la fila 9 ma come posto non riuscivo a vedere nemmeno lo schermo...ci dovrebbe essere una piantina dei posti e far si che si veda dove si sceglie.

Euro 8,80 di commissioni su due biglietti da 65,50 l'uno e se avessi voluto e-tickets (scelta green) e non biglietto da stampare su PDF, mi è stato chiesto 2,50 a biglietto. Ovviamente ho scelto il PDF. Vorrei commentare la questione ma non ho parole....

Before I purchased the ticket I read all the reviews and was very concern if I should even order the ticket there but for my big suprised I was wrong. Yes it wasn't easy for foreigner to do it as they need to confirm your mobile phone (which want Italian) in my case but kindly I managed to speak with someone over the phone and the gentleman went with me step by step and I GOT the ticket I wanted, came by post very fast, no problem. I am so so happy and can recommend this website. It works for me 😁

Ho smarrito il biglietto, comprato un anno prima, causa trasloco. Me l’hanno rimandato da stampare a casa. Gentilissimi
