SportsShoes Tracking Order Status

Goods desptached then lost by EVRI (what a shock there). Contacted their customer services who got back to me same day and organised another parcel to be sent out by Royal Mail this time. Cannot fault excellent service.

Always reliable and good! Cant fault the delivery time and the competitive prices! However having to pay for returning items is awfully outdated in my opinion. Most if not all other stores offer free and easy returns. I understand maybe companies need the right infrastructure in order to do this but sport shoes are one of the biggest sport online retailers in the UK. Makes returning odd items not worth while and it makes me well more cautious buying anything incase I need to send back. If that was to change it would be 5* across the board no doubt.

Sportshoes.com are very good, and dispatched the trainers very quickly, however they use Evri to deliver. Took a week to deliver.

Every time I order, they miss my house number off the delivery address, so courier doesn’t know which house to deliver to! I have checked and my correct address IS on my sportshie.com account. I emailed them, but they claim it must be wrong on PayPal as that’s how I paid. That is totally incorrect. My PayPal address is PERFECTLY FINE and works when I buy things from EVERY other company. This ONLY happens with Sportshoe.com! They just won’t admit it’s their problem, it’s infuriating. I have to go onto the courier website and change my delivery ‘to a neighbour’ but selecting MY OWN ADDRESS if I want any chance of it to be delivered 🙄 Very fast delivery though ( If the courier knows where to come!). Not a fan of the delivery/return charges. There are lots of companies that do free options and on expensive items you expect free delivery. In my opinion it should be free delivery over £50 or something like that.

Paid for a parcel containing waterproof trousers to delivered next day (on 12th May) as I need them for as part of a mandatory kit list for a race on Saturday 13th. Parcel arrived 4 days late, thereby making the order useless. I find it a bit shoddy that I have to pay for and take time to return an item that I now have no use for, because Sportsshoes.com and Evri parcel delivery service couldn’t do their jobs properly and provide the service I paid for. Was told by customer services that “they don’t do free returns”, and they weren’t interested in the fact that the reason the item was being returned is because they haven’t upheld their side of the agreement. I don’t expect free returns on all items purchased (even tho many retails offer this) and have happily paid to return other unsuitable items before, but on this occasion, Sportsshoes.com are taking the p*ss. Not impressed.
