SoundCloud Tracking Order Status

i can’t speak for the people talking about soundcloud for artists but personally my experience with soundcloud is very good, i’ve switched to different platforms but i’ll end up not finding a bunch of songs becuase of their strict uploading guidelines so i’ll stick to soundcloud and personally that’s fine with me becuase the songs you find are endless and it’s the same price for premium as all the other platforms $11.99 AND they offer a $5.99 mid range plan. 1 thing i miss is the eq setting tho, otherwise - highly recommend

The soundcloud consumer app itself is fine but I wouldnt use soundcloud for distribution as their customer service is lacking and takes way too long to reply to you (just got a reply today to an email from 9 days ago).

...ich habe versehentlich next plus anstatt next pro abgeschlossen, ich bekomme keinerlei funktionierende Hilfe - jetzt habe ich denen auf den a.b. gesprochen auf deutsch, bin mal gespannt !!! UPDATE !!! Es scheint als das es doch noch zurechnungsfähige Menschen in Berlin gibt :-) Auch die Bearbeitungszeit war überraschend schnell, hätte ich nicht mit gerechnet. Mein Problem wurde zu meiner Zufriedenheit gelöst, danke s.c. support!

SoundCloud support is poor. No replies, only auto-generated emails, your request is pending. I use SoundCloud as my music distributor and have been quite happy with it in the past. But since the end of March, there have been problems with releases on YouTube. For some reason, new releases of all my projects stopped appearing on YouTube Music. I have contacted support but no response.

Nur Probleme mit dieser Webseite. nichts funktioniert auf anhieb normal oder flüssig, Und das bei einem High-End PC mit 50k leitung... Beim Upload steckt die Webseite ständig fest und beim Anmelden kommt man nur mit mühe an der Capcha Prüfung vorbei, man macht sie richtig aber kann sich nicht einloggen weil dort einmal sagt das es falsch sei nach dem man bereits einen grünen haken bekommen hat. SoundCloud nervt nur noch.
