Soon Maternity Tracking Order Status

I ordered a linen jumpsuit that looked gorgeous on the website. Unfortunately, even though I bought the size appropriate for me, it was far too long in the body and oddly made that it fitted nothing like the pics online. Their model must be exceptionally tall, or they pinned it in to fit in the photos. Thankfully, returning was easy, but at my expense so I'm now out of pocket. I won't purchase with them again. Possibly they could add a feature for ppl to upload real photos of them wearing the item, so we can get a picture of the item on real people that isnt posed. Thanks.

My order was a bit late so I called the office and the girls there were very helpful. They sent me my tracking number and I received my order within 2 days. I purchased Leo Cap sleeve dress and I absolutely love it. It’s very flattering. Great for work and going out.

I purchased the Sage 3/4 overbelly active pants which arrived quickly. However they always slid down my bump meaning I had to yank them up every 30 seconds. At first I thought my bump was too small, but even at 9 months the overbelly part kept sliding down before the rest of the pants slid down. It is highly embarrassing when going out for a walk which was the main reason for buying these pants. Post-birth, I tried wearing them again and the same sliding down problem occurs. Would not recommend.

I bought two dresses from Soon Maternity; one of which I haven’t yet worn as the straps are too long and I’ll need to take them up. Edit: The other dress had some marks on them and the company kindly reached out to me and offered a refund. I appreciate good customer service, especially when purchasing online.

Leggings were awesome but jeans a little loose around the waist. When I bend the jeans just comes down. Other then that quality is good.
