Simple Mobile Tracking Order Status

The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because customer service through chat has really done everything they can to help me when I have an issue. A problem I recently discovered is that if I turn on wifi calling the next time I reconnect to my wifi my service disappears. Sim status said service disconnected. Took me a few days to figure it out. Turned off my wifi calling and back to no problems. I would be happier with this service if I could get more than one bar when at home. I sometimes have to go outside to talk on the phone because I'm coming in choppy for the person I'm talking to.

I’ve seen everyone issue something about bad experiences and I like Simple Mobile, we’re not patient enough this days, something happened and we are expecting to have it fixed in a second. Every company has some sort of issues, and I’m sure you experienced that too. And Reception is good at least for me. Good service for a small money. I am happy with them. And I with them for good some years.

This company has the worst customer service.. don't get this service if you use customer support... It basically does not have it...

I was planning to buy an IPhone 11 through Simple Mobile, but wanted to keep my current service provider. I called and asked if that was possible, and they said that would be fine. So I ordered the phone, and after it came, I called to ask for them to unlock it so that I could use my other service. However, they told me this time that I would have to pay a $300 fee or wait 12 months under their service before I could get it unlocked and use another provider:(

Its a decent phone company but make sure to read before you buy a device from the phone might be SIM locked/Carrier locked but overlay a 5 star cause there phone lines are cheap just read before spending your hard earn money thank you SIMPLE MOBILE.
