While the website claims orders ship within two days, it took nine days in my case. I placed the order on March 3rd and ten days later it still hasn't arrived (I'm hoping it will come by tomorrow, March 14th - but even this doesn't look certain!) When confronting customer service with the issue over the phone, I was told that "orders for Switzerland take two days longer" which still doesn't explain why it took longer than a full week for my order to dispatch and for a tracking number to be provided (with no communication whatsoever in the meantime).
