They suggested the soft mattress topper, which has been a remarkable addition. Each night, I’m welcomed into a restful embrace that holds until morning. The price? More than fair, especially for this level of quality. Puffy isn’t just a mattress; it’s an investment in better sleep, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made.

We recently purchased a new Puffy mattress - the Puffy Lux Hybrid. We are very happy with our purchase. My back pain and sciatica have started to subside after two years. I am also sleeping much better, deeper and longer. As seniors, quality of sleep is something that we greatly value, and becomes harder and harder to get. I believe that our Puffy mattress has brought a huge improvement to that area of our lives. We also appreciate the free gift of sheets, pillow and mattress protector. I remember trying bamboo sheets years ago, and we didn't care for them. The Puffy sheets are also bamboo, but Puffy has overcome many of the faults of older bamboo sheets. They have put elastic on the corners, so the sheets aren't constantly sliding around. The sheets feel wonderful and cool, an important factor here in Florida! The pillows are also great, and one of the pillows that we received was not as full as the other. I reported this to Puffy's support, and they shipped me a new pillow.

Although the bed helped us to have a better night’s rest, the softness of the beds did not take care of our back and hip issues. We determined we needed a firmer bed. The refund of the beds after they were donated was swift and true to the warranty statement. We recommend Puffy highly on that note!!

This was one of the best experiences that I have ever had. Even though I did not keep the mattress the service and the whole process was incredible. I want to thank everyone for the professional interaction and clear company statements and promises. Well done PUFFY!

My puffy mattress came super quickly, I got an awesome deal on it, and it is SO comfortable. I stay cool at night, relax almost instantly when I lay down on it at the end of a long day, and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The puffy pillows and are also amazing. Super soft and supportive. The mattress is also surprisingly lightweight, which will be awesome when we need to move it. My old mattress was super heavy and unwieldy.
