Old Republic Home Protection Tracking Order Status

4 months and 6 repair visits to resolve Microwave issue. Outdated/Used parts were installed that did not function correctly. Finally approved a new replacement Microwave that was finally installed. Perfect fit...and it works!

They are always quick to answer and address our concerns. I took off one star because it took around three weeks to get our new appliance (total a month without a fridge). We could have had it sooner, except we had to schedule one person to deliver it, one person to see if they could install it, and then one person to actually show-up to install it. Also, the delivery was late (outside the delivery time window and that wasn't communicated to us). The company that delivered it also didn't answer thier phone when we called to see where it was, and thier answering machine was always full. The person that actually installed it had to have my husband help him get it in the house because he didn't have the right equipment (even though they sent someone else to see if they could install it in our house prior). I'm pregnant and if my husband wasn't home, I don't know what we would have done.
