I order regularly from Netrition and have for years. They are efficient. Trustworthy and never a problem. The new Netrition web site is a vast improvement one ce used to the change. Nutrition is ALWAYS AVAIABLE FOR ALL PRODUCTS and for delivery - it’s usually quick and always well-packed!

The protein balls / chips are cardboard with a touch of flavor. The sour cream and onion are decent and the cheddar is decent. I received EXPIRED products - the dates on the packages were expired. LOOK at your expiration. Then I canceled the autoship and they didn't honor it. When I told them I would be returning the product, they said I would have to pay the shipping. NO NO NO - buy from Amazon.

Fab website, super fast deliver to the UK and completely trustworthy. I did a big order and it came with ice packs (to stop some of my meltable foods) and nothing was broken or missing. Definitely ordering again

I love that I can buy all of my low carb foods in one spot. Their prices are comparable to grocery stores, and they always go above and beyond to make sure everything arrives in good condition. Very quick shipping also!

My first experience ordering with this company as an international was quite disappointing. I think they could improve their proactive communication. There were some problems with my first order, causing it to get seized at the border. This was not Netrition’s fault. I still informed them that I opted to have the order returned, hoping to get at least a partial refund. Netrition told me I would receive an email once they had received my return and when the credit had gone through. While waiting for this confirmation, I went ahead and placed a new order to speed up the process of receiving my products. I paid for it and waited for the email that it had been dispatched. I never got that email, so I emailed Netrition 5 days after ordering, asking for an update. They let me know the order was being held until the issues with my first order were resolved. This was odd to me because a. I had paid for this new order and b. I had to email them myself to get this information. Lastly, the response I got was quite harsh in tone. Instead of an apology for the lack of information, I basically got told that I’d need to accept all responsibility for future orders, so that they wouldn’t have to email me each time. I finally did receive this second order which was all fine. However, I never received any information about my refund for the initial order. Again, I had to email Netrition because nobody was telling me anything after nearly a month. I understand that problems occur, even more frequently when you are ordering from abroad. I take this risk willingly and am patient and understanding. However, as a customer already paying lots of money for large orders and extremely expensive shipping, I would have appreciated the company taking a more active approach in informing me.
