Native Union Tracking Order Status

Navtive Union's USB cables continue to impress me and I continue to purchase them!

Contacted a week ago to Customer Service in a hope to solve the issue with cable if their brand. I have been in a communication with their adviser James for a week, replied on each his email snd request, yet today out of blue I cannot reply on his emails, cannot send emails as it saying “Impossible to deliver. Domain does not exist” I have tried to contact their Customer Service typing name of their company or trying to find a link of their company in the UK but all it says Safari cannot open the page because the server cannot be found”. What is going on??!!

I have ordered dozens of items from Native Union. I love the fresh colors of these unique accessories. It makes it easy to curate a coordinated look. Sitting at my desk makes me so happy and I get so many compliments. Each item is designed to look beautifully and function beyond expectations. Even a power cord can elevate my space with a modern fabric and a knot to keep it in place. I have always received everything within a reasonable timeframe.

NATIVE UNION staff were responsive and helpful!! I highly recommend the products based on the quality, function and exceptional staff.

Responded to my query the same day and were very helpful, got replacement part before the end of the week, no questions other than the code on it. Definitely going to native union for next purchase.
