The product feels and looks nice. Expected to be bigger but honestly, doesn't really bother me. The shipping took longer than expected but it s worth the wait. :)

The picture on it was not clear and the song I chose didn't work. But love how the case and stand look. Just wish what I order was just as good.

I ordered this keychain for my husband for Valentine’s Day and it was perfect. We don’t usually exchange gifts (only cards) but this was too good to pass up. He loved it as well. Highly recommend it.

What you promise you delivered

Being honest, I was a bit skeptical as it isn't your typical Amazon or ebay but I trusted that they were legit. I expected it to come a little quicker than it did. When I emailed for an enquiry, they responded quickly and I was assured that its on its way. Sidenote, they did infact give a heads up on the timeline it usually takes due to the personalisation process when purchasing. As soon as the personalisation period was finished, it was shipped quickly. Upon receiving, there were a few fine scratches but overall I'm satisfied with the packaging and the item itself. I'm already planning on buying a few more.
