IonPacific Tracking Order Status

I've bought IonBox's ionisers via Amazon before and have found them to be fantastic. However, on the 14th February 2022 I ordered directly from the website. I received an update later the same day that it had been shipped, with a USPS tracking number. In the USPS system, this showed up as "Awaiting Delivery Scan", which is common for orders that have just had a label printed. However, it's now the 25th April, and USPS still shows the same status. I've tried to contact them twice through their form about this and received nothing but the usual automated response. Unfortunately, I'm given to believe that this company no longer exists, but automated systems are still running to process orders, respond to inquiries etc. I cannot recommend purchasing from them at this time.
