INS Tracking Order Status

Please ladies do your due diligence, I wish I had taken my own advice. The dresses look wonderful on site”right “ they are not they are cheap looking and items are missing for example I purchased a white dress with a big bow in the back, bow is missing and the dress is so thin you see the color underwear you are wearing and your bra, if that’s the look you want then be my guess. The dress was for an event at church and definitely not the look I wanted. Also I can not get an address to return the item after numerous requests trough emails to do so. This store is a scam the only difference with some scams is that you may not get anything in return, with this company you do get something just not what” You Wanted “

I received my order, later than expected. The low rise jeans were not low cut ( as shown in picture & in the explanation of item) , and a sweater that I purchased in size 2x was way too small ( I even ordered it 2 sizes bigger than I normally wear). I also am disappointed that every email I have sent to support/ customer service have all been returned as fixbounced or rejected.

The one star is because I have to choose at least one star to write a review. This place is AWFUL I have not received my item, one skirt, and it’s been 6 weeks they keep sending fake tracking numbers, blaming covid. I’m pretty sure everyone is experiencing the hardships of Covid yet all of my other online orders get here in ample time. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY! UPDATE: Almost two months later, after filing a claim through my bank I did receive my item. I actually really loved the skirt so I changed my review to 2 stars ONLY for the item itself it’s just too bad the shipping was awful and I had to go though so much just to get it.

Customer Service has been exceptional. I initially ordered a formal dress for a beach wedding in the color required by the bride. It was a little large for my frame (I ordered a medium, I am 6’, 110 pounds). So, I ordered the same dress in a small and by the time I received the dress, the bride changed her mind on the color. OMG. Therefore, I sent back both dresses and ordered the same dress in yet another color in a small and it fits beautifully. I am wearing this dress to the wedding no matter what!!!
