HRS Tracking Order Status

I’m really struggling to understand why people have given this website 1 star reviews. I signed up for their Business Tariff Membership (which can also be used for personal stays) - I ended up saving nearly £500.00 for a 1 night stay for 2 rooms in Central London. Once I had reserved, I then read these poor reviews. I was starting to think I’d made a mistake and whether the rate I got was too good to be true?! £500.00 more if I booked direct? Because of these poor reviews, I called the Hotel that I booked directly to confirm the reservation. They confirmed that everything was in order. Some of the reviews on here state that HRS have cancelled bookings for customers at the very last minute. I must admit, this did worry me and I was expecting it to happen to me - but it didn’t. I really cannot fault HRS - the reservation cost me £300.00 for two rooms. Had I booked directly, it would have cost me £800.00. A great saving. Because of this experience, I’ve gone and booked other hotels in the UK for the rest of the year using their Business Tariff rate. I’m also planning a trip to India in October and I’ll certainly be using HRS as my first port of call. I normally use Trivago but HRS have never come up on there for me as being one of the cheapest - I think it’s because they don’t capture this Business Tariff rate. Excellent!

Meine Tochter war im Juli in einem Hotel in Reims. Gebucht war 1 DZ ohne Frühstück. Angereist ist aber nur 1 Person. Wurde bei Ankunft sofort mitgeteilt. Der Betrag für das DZ wurde korrekt abgebucht. Eine Woche später dann der Hammer. Das Hotel hat nachträglich für 2 Personen Frühstück abgebucht ( 94,00 €). Seit Mitte Juli geht es per Mail und Telefon hin und her. Man wird immer nur vertröstet Dann kommt ein Anruf, dass das Geld von HRS überwiesen wird. Gott sei Dank dachte ich. Tage später wird per Mail mitgeteilt, dass das Geld schon überwiesen und die Angelegenheit damit erledigt. Es ist richtig, dass HRS 88,00 € überwiesen hat, aber nur weil das Hotel zwei Tage vorher nochmal 88,00 € abgebucht hat. 94,00 € stehen aber immer noch offen. Warum kann HRS nicht kulanterweise die 94,00 € überweisen, obwohl feststeht, dass das Hotel betrogen hat. Für mich nicht nachvollziehbar

Merkwürdig, habe eine detailliert kritische Bewertung für eine HRS Buchung in einem Hotel in Seefeld abgegeben. Mittlerweile sind die nach Datum gelisteten Bewertungen bereits einige Tage jünger als die von mir verfasste, aber meine kritische wird nicht veröffentlicht. Möchte HRS so etwas nicht veröffentlichen?

HRS computer did not interact with hotel - had to speak to Customer Service - John - who spoke with Maya in Reservations - before reservation was found. HRS might reconsider this hotel in the future - none of the services were available - no pool, gym, game room, cafeteria (no food available) no parking spaces (had to park illegally). No power due to hurricane - no fridge (was off for 2 of the 3 days). Floors were slippery and wet due to water seeping under doors - waited 2 hours in reservation line - and 2 hours for buffet - and then turned away due to "no food". Requested refund and was only offered a $50 discount for all three days.
