The exercise bike was delivered promptly and in good condition. This bike is good value for the price, and is easy to use. Once assembled it is a wee bit heavy, but that’s what I expected anyway. It folds away neatly for storage.

This walking pad is amazing. It’s just what I needed to get my steps up especially during these cold months. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get fit and increase there daily steps.

I purchased a Mini Hydraulic Stepper with Resistance Bands machine from this company. The product I received was faulty (digital display didn't work) and after a complaint and video showing it didnt work sent to their customer services I got a refund. That was fine. I went to dispose of the broken product today though, and I noticed that from the very light use it had (maybe 20 minutes in total) the awful design meant that it was already showing awful signs of wear (you can actually see the plastic brace under the foot pads shearing into dust). I had noticed it making a horrible an annoying noise when I used it, and believe this was the source of it. And just for clarity, I weigh about 50% less than the max weight limit this product advertises, so it's not that I've put it under undue strain! Though it's been a pain to deal with, I'm glad the item I received was faulty to start with, as I suspect it would have broken within a month of daily use! It's a shame because other parts of it feel good quality (it's frame is solid metal, but corners have obvs been cut to keep the price down compromising the products usability and durability). To sum up: overall awful quality, avoid.

Great purchase The C1 treadmill is nice and compact, easy to assemble and easy to use. Have been using it every day since I got it (10 days) and had no issues whatsoever.

Really pleased with everything about this purchase. Delivery company helped lift the box into the house. The assembly instructions had been well thought through and initially I thought I might be missing some pieces but it became obvious they were already located in correct part. I am new back to exercise, so only using lower settings on fly wheel and about 5 to 10 mins exercise at a time, but I am really pleased with the quality of the product for the price.
