Hi Waldo Tracking Order Status

Company used to be great. For $36 I used to get a month's worth of lenses with free shipping. Delivery used to be quick and speedy. Now a month's worth of lenses is $42. Don't know where that $6 upcharge went because it certainly didn't go into improving the experience. They are the first to charge my card at the stroke of midnight, I am going into week 3 waiting for my lenses to be SHIPPED. I chose this company over Hubble and Aveo and other monthly subscription sites, but I think it's time to pause subscription and start looking for an alternative...

Always on time without the hassle of having to remember to order them.

They are always having issues with supply and they won't tell you won't be getting contacts for the month and then you run out. No communication when this happens and they still charge you anyway.

Great lenses, very confortable and they don't dry out quickly, only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because sometimes delivery takes ages if they don't have the lenses in stock

Waldo have failed to send me my last 3 deliveries of lenses without being chased. How can a company just not tell customers that their subscription isn't being fulfilled? I understand if they're out of stock, but tell people. Cancelling my subscription and going elsewhere, which is a shame because their lenses are great.
