Fandango Tracking Order Status

Fandango has always been a go to site for overpriced movie tickets, recently they became affiliated with Smarty which is a totally predatory scam site!! You get movie tickets with an offer for fifteen bucks back!!! It’s a SCAM you get the cash back, but also unknowingly sign up for a monthly subscription that costs 19!! It’s easy to cancel, unless you’re an older person who isn’t tech savvy and just wanted to take a grandkid to the movies.. don’t use smarty! If fandango keeps affiliated with them I will do whatever I can to spread the news they prey on old folks.

the app wont let you use any fandango credits, making it appear like you don't have any way to get that money back. however i was able to use my credit by loggin in on my laptop to buy tickets. its a very bad app.

When Fandango works, it's fine. When there's a problem, there's absolutely no support. You can send an email and wait 72 hours for a response, or you can try to wait for a response through the chat, which can take forever. I'd rather sit at home and watch a movie on tv.

I've always had great experiences with purchasing tickets online through Fandango and the transactions always went through very smoothly without any hiccups when I went to pick up my tickets at the movie theatre.

I called for a refund at about 12:30 am on the east coast and I got a nice guy over the phone that gave me a full refund. I guess it depends on when you call and who you get over the phone.
