Zwrot nie obejmuje soczewek

Zwrot nie obejmuje soczewek. Zamówiłem okulary, okazało się że mi optyk źle wypisał receptę i jedna soczewka była ok, a przez drugą nic nie widziałem. Zwróciłem okulary by zobaczyć że zwrócą mi tylko 30% ceny okularów, bo szkła nie uwzględniają w zwrocie. Kilkaset złotych straconych. Oczywiście na okulary czekałem około 3 tygodnie, a potem 2 tygodnie na zarejestrowanie zwrotu. Same ramki wyglądały jak na głowę dziecka. Nie mam absolutnie nic pozytywnego do powiedzienia o tej firmie.

Glasses came with scratches and needed…

Glasses came with scratches and needed adjusting, they were not aligning perfectly on my face. It is not the glasses' fault, since I ordered the same pair from another shop and they were perfect. Customer service was nice, though.

I ordered one of the Lacoste sunglasses on 29 June 2020 with "cash on delivery" payment method.I live in Lovosoice where is in Ustecky Kraj district in Czech Republic. I kept in touch with Chris who is specialist at eyerim.cz. He helped a lot and delivered product on 13 July 2020 (14 days later) as he committed. I really loved product, appreciated.

Eyerim sent and delivered wrong model…

Eyerim sent and delivered wrong model of sunglasses. I paid for the shipment in cash. After opening the package containing wrong item, I immediately contacted Eyerim. They told me to send the sunglasses back to them and that they'll solve the situation when the sunglasses arrive. Last Thursday (9th of August 2018) the GLS delivery service picked up the package with wrong model of sunglasses. The package was delivered to Eyerim on Tuesday (14th of August 2018). There were no reactions from the company Eyerim so far (today it's 20th of August) - which is to be expected from a company that sends the wrong item by its mistake and, instead of doing everything to correct its mistake and send the ordered item as soon as possible, treats the customer as a thief and a fraudster, asks for the wrongly shipped glasses like the customer is going to fool them and keep the wrong model of sunglasses. I am confident that now, when they have received the wrongly shipped sunglasses, they will find some reason not to send the ordered and PAID (CASH ON DELIVERY) model of sunglasses.
