Easirent USA Tracking Order Status

Waiting for the shuttle to arrive at the airport was the worst. Easirents' website said they closed at 10pm. Out of fear that they would close (not knowing as it's my only time using this company) and I'd be stranded without the car I already paid for, I paid a taxi to drive me to the store on 1777 Mccoy rd. Only to find the shuttle parked outside. It sat there almost another hr b4 returning to the airport. All attempts to call the store were fruitless. After waiting to be processed, Mario was awesome and extremely helpful. Me paired me with a vehicle that suited me and my reasons for visiting Florida.

I had a great experience. The price was great and I was very pleased with the car. They sent a shuttle for me to get from airport to the location a mile away. I recommend.

The whole experience was fantastic. Opening on a Sunday. Polite men. Quick turnaround. Great directions.

2nd time using easirent. We had a low tire light came on as we drove out. The Manager put some air in. He said if it happens again bring the Durango back and they'd find something else. Well it happened with next day. We drove back and within minutes We were taken care of. No issues. I will continue to look for Eairents wherever we fly into! Thank you Irving Texas EASIRENT
